Investment Club Account

An Investment Club is a group of people who get together to pool their money and then invest collectively in the stock market. Together Investment Club members can limit their personal risks, while still investing in the stock market.

Company Account

A company Account allows you to trade in the name of a UK Limited Company. It offers the same benefits as a Trading or Trading Plus Account, trade online or by telephone in a diverse range of investments such as UK and international equities, funds, warrants and securitised derivatives such as covered warrants. Two named people are able to trade on the account.

Trust Account

The Trust account allows trustees to deal in a range of investment options on behalf of their beneficiaries in the name of the trust.

Executors/Administrators Account

The Executors/Administrators Account allows executors and/or administrators to manage assets on behalf of an estate by trading in a diverse range of investment options.

Overseas Residents Trading Account

Our Overseas Resident Trading Account offers all the benefits of our Trading Account for people who wish to trade in UK equities but who do not live in the UK. In order to open an account you will need to complete the Overseas Resident Trading Application form along with the Overseas Resident Trading Application Part B form if you would like to trade in warrants and/or covered warrants such as securitised derivatives. You will also need to complete either the Verification of Identity (EU) form or the Verification of Identity (non-EU) form. These along with documentation to confirm your name and address (such as passport and utility bill) need to be endorsed by a regulated intermediary (such as a bank, financial advisor, Accountant, Solicitor or Notary Public). Internaxx Offshore Trading Account

Non-UK National Account

The Trading Account for Non-UK Nationals allows people who live in the UK but don't hold full UK nationality to trade with TD Waterhouse by detailing their tax identification number. Please note due to international tax reporting it is not possible to open an account for US nationals living in the UK. During application, in addition to your personal details, we ask for your tax number from your country of nationality so we comply with EU taxation regulations.
