Holding US Equities
If you wish to hold US equities, we require you to complete the US Internal Revenue form W-8BEN. This form will allow us to ensure that the correct amount of non-resident tax, withheld at source on US dividends, is deducted. This form needs to be completed again every 3 years to comply with Internal Revenue regulations. You can download a copy of this form here
