This accolade constitutes a step up from the 'One to Watch' status we have achieved for the past two years, with a 'One Star' accreditation indicating that as an employer, TD Waterhouse is categorised as 'First Class'.
The Star Status is determined by a Best Companies Index and is calculated based on confidential responses to gauge how TD Waterhouse employees feel about the company. The topics they were questioned on included leadership, my manager, personal growth, wellbeing, my team, giving something back, my company and fair deal.

We are delighted to announce that TD Waterhouse was a double winner at this year's prestigious Financial Times / Investors Chronicle Investment Awards, with readers from both publications voting us 'Best Stockbroker for International Sharedealing' and the overall 'Stockbroker of the Year'.
The awards have been running since the mid 1990s and are designed to 'recognise those stockbrokers and other providers of financial services and products who offer their clients a truly excellent service and great products'.

The awards serve to recognise the efforts companies are making to meet the needs of customers. They are based on ratings awarded by Shares magazine readers who were surveyed through the magazine and asked to provide a satisfaction rating for their service providers.
